Cape Ann is a rocky cape in northeastern Massachusetts on the Atlantic Ocean. It is located approximately 30 miles northeast of Bostonand marks the northern limit of Massachusetts Bay. Halibut Point State Park and Halibut Point Reservation are parallel parcels of conserved, oceanside land located on Cape Annin the town of Rockport, Massachusetts. Once the Babson Farm granite quarry, the properties are cooperatively managed by the Trustees of Reservations and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.
