Thanksgiving Dinner 感恩節 2011

15 磅大火雞。

先用啤酒浸過夜。

先至能夠保持火雞水份。

燜香腸，太座拿手好戲。

黃魚腐皮卷，三姨的新菜。

蕃薯餡餅甜品，太座新猶。

西汁蝦，三姨招牌菜。

拍得住大酒樓。

都算似樣啦！

西班牙鑊仔海鮮飯，二子女朋友的傑作。

又是大公司甜品。

清新，不太甜，應該還有胃口。

太座的港式薯仔沙律，老外都話好。

廣東風味不可少。

太座的蕃薯餡餅，超正！

我們仨 Three's Company

到鄰區附近吃餐。

感恩節前，要應節，當然要吃玉米包。

麵包任食，但要留肚。

豬腿肉，蕃薯蓉，波菜。當然要有生啤啦！

寸幾厚，都有排食。

女兒要了這個超級漢堡，當然只能完成一半。

太座要炸魚加薯條。

碟頭不小。

當然要幫口啦！

勁！

燈飾簡單。

聖誕氣氛濃。

食清光。

太座也十分好胃口。

女兒只吃了一半，其餘帶回家。

明廚主理。

顧客不多。但是酒吧部份就客滿了。

調子簡單，實際。

餐廳外，已披上聖誕裝飾。

餐廳門前入口，十分典雅。

夜冪低垂，車水馬龍的現象不見。

7/11總會有一間。
